The Clae Goldman Team is seeking a Field Account Manager for Renewable Energy Solutions in Hazelwood, MO. The Clae Goldman Team is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Field Account Manager to join our mission of offering sustainable energy options while helping customers save on rising energy costs. In this role, you will engage with clients, promote green energy solutions, and ensure exceptional service through both door-to-door and retail channels.

Responsibilities:
• Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Generation: Identify new sales opportunities and actively pursue them to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Customized Solutions: Assess client needs and deliver tailored energy solutions that align with their requirements.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, demonstrating proactive adjustments to achieve targets.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends in the renewable energy sector, as well as competitor offerings and product developments.

Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma/GED required; degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales or account management is desirable.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify client needs and craft effective solutions.
• Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with a dedication to achieving results.

Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 (Annually)
