Job Description

Tang Industries, Inc. is seeking a Family Office Manager for their Las Vegas office. The role involves providing administrative support for legal and financial matters, requiring strong organizational skills and experience in a professional environment. While primarily onsite, there is potential for remote work on Fridays after onboarding. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of relevant experience. The position is full-time.
The Tang Family Office (TFO), based in Las Vegas, Nevada, comprises Tang Industries, Inc. (“TII”) and its affiliates. TII is a privately held family-owned global holding company located in Las Vegas, Nevada with interests in metal processing, energy, real estate, pharmaceuticals, and other business sectors. TII and its affiliates constitute the family office of an organization with 60 years of history and success in various industries. The TFO manages a portfolio of wholly owned businesses, strategic joint ventures, financial investments, and charitable foundations.

The Family Office Manager will provide administrative support to the TFO. In this role, they will be responsible for assisting with the organization and administration of time sensitive and confidential legal and financial matters. The ideal candidate will be a professional that is adept at an administrative organization that embraces working collaboratively with a small group of experienced professionals in our Las Vegas office. They will have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude to improve collaboration across functions, assist in administrative tasks, and improve overall records management. The position will report [TBD].

This position is based in TII’s Las Vegas office and is an onsite position with potential to work remotely on Fridays following successful completion of onboarding and job training.

Responsibilities
• Organize, schedule and file various annual reports.
• Track and archive legal and tax related documentation for investment and donation activities.
• Assist with scheduling of tax and pledge obligations incurred and timing of payments.
• Review, organize and respond to information requests.
• Arrange calendar, travel, meetings, filing deadline, etc.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• 5-10 years of general office experience in a legal or other professional services environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to this position.
• Paralegal/Legal Assistant Certification preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be personable and able to deal with all levels on management throughout the company.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to drive administrative improvement.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and usage of OneDrive is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, proofread, and organize legal documents.
• Highest level of integrity, ethical standards and sensitivity to confidentiality.
