Quivira Coalition is seeking an Executive Director in Santa Fe, NM, to lead initiatives focused on resilience in working lands across the American West. The role involves strategic leadership, community education on regenerative agriculture, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ecological and social health, guiding a team of 23 while enhancing fundraising and organizational sustainability. Salary is $100K–115K, full-time position.
Quivira Coalition seeks a visionary Executive Director to lead our organization's work fostering resilience on working lands across the American West. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative leadership style, strategic thinking, and a genuine passion for regenerative agriculture. The Executive Director will guide our talented team of 23 staff members to lead innovative programs that offer community-focused education and support around regenerative agriculture and healthy soil practices, training the next generation of land stewards. They will represent Quivira to diverse stakeholders, from ranchers and farmers to conservationists and Indigenous communities, while strengthening our fundraising capacity and organizational sustainability.
