Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team and drive the health, safety, and environmental initiatives across our site. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, promoting a safe working environment, and continuously improving the site's performance in line with the company's EHS strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure full legal compliance for health and safety in the workplace by conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain the highest standards.

Lead training sessions for both new and existing staff, identifying opportunities for staff development and improvement.

Implement continuous improvement techniques to enhance health, safety, and environmental performance and management systems.

Investigate incidents promptly, performing root cause analysis and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

Assist with the creation, implementation, and review of Risk Assessments, safe working procedures, and method statements.

Deliver and support the company's Health and Safety strategy and initiatives across the site.

Stay up-to-date with all relevant legislation and ensure compliance with any changes.
