ATTB is seeking an Energy Capital Project Manager for a 3-month contract in London, UK. The role involves leading major capital energy projects, including decentralized energy and renewables, managing a team, and overseeing project delivery from planning to implementation. Pay Rate: £239.54 Per Day PAYE

Location: N7 8TP

Working Hours: 37 Hours Per Week, Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00

Job Purpose

The Energy Capital Projects Manager leads the delivery of the council's major capital energy projects, including decentralized energy, renewables, and energy efficiency measures, from procurement and planning to construction and delivery. They manage a team of project managers and oversee external consultants.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities

Leading the council's decentralized energy work, including identifying heat network opportunities, and developing strategies and new projects.

Overseeing the development of other projects to reduce energy consumption, costs, and carbon emissions in both domestic and non-domestic buildings and the wider public realm.

Overseeing the effective project management of projects delivered by the team and external consultants, through all stages from conception to implementation and monitoring, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, on budget and quality, and in line with council policies

Ensuring good project management practice is followed, including project documentation, project planning, risk identification, change controls, health and safety, financial management, legal compliance, regular project reviews, and lessons learned.
