Wanzek Construction, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager I for utility-scale solar projects in Indianapolis, IN. This is your opportunity to lead from the front—on the site—where your decisions drive progress, safety, and sustainability.We hire Construction Manager I positions with expertise in one or more key disciplines— civil, mechanical, electrical, piles, or logistics —to lead utility-scale solar projects. Whether you're a specialist or a well‑rounded professional, you'll have the opportunity to excel in your area of expertise while contributing to the success of high‑impact renewable energy builds.Location & Travel DetailsYou’ll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build renewable projects. This is a traveling position (up to 100%), where you will be onsite at a project location. You have the potential to be placed on a project site located in any state throughout the US. You’ll spend 8‑12 months on average per project. We offer designated daily per diem in addition to base pay to support and help you cover living expenses. This position is eligible for routine travel home (rotation) from the jobsite.
