Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Mandsaur.
The Construction
Manager will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities include managing construction teams, coordinating with project stakeholders, maintaining construction schedules, enforcing safety protocols, and monitoring on-site progress. The role requires excellent leadership and organizational skills to drive successful project execution.


Qualifications

Strong supervisory and team management skills to lead construction teams effectively
Expertise in budgeting and financial planning for construction projects
Thorough knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
Proven experience in construction management and project execution
Proficiency in project control and monitoring tools
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Proficiency in using project management software and tools
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Prior experience in renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantage
