Western Resource Advocates is seeking a Clean Energy Policy Advisor in Tucson, AZ, with a salary range of $78,761 to $123,625 annually, depending on experience. The role involves developing and advocating for policies to reduce the environmental impact of electricity production and promote a clean energy economy in Arizona. The position is full-time and reports to the Deputy Director of State Advocacy.
Salary Range: $78,761.00 To $123,625.00 Annually SALARY RANGE The salary range for a Policy Advisor is $78,761 – $99,609 annually and the salary range for a Senior Policy Advisor is $97,750 – $123,625; salary depends on relevant experience and new staff rarely start at the top of the range. POSITION SUMMARY The Policy Advisor, Clean Energy will develop and advocate for policies and programs that reduce the environmental impact of electricity production, spur a rapid transition to a clean energy economy, and address climate change in Arizona. The Policy Advisor will work with guidance from the Deputy Director of State Advocacy.
