Solar Technician

Go Gridless Philippines Corporation is seeking a Solar Technician for in-person work in Taguig, Metro Manila. Candidates should have experience in the solar industry, troubleshooting skills, and an electrical background. Responsibilities include installing solar systems, modifying electrical panels, and assisting engineering staff. A safety officer certificate and a driver's license are desirable. The position offers a salary of Php 20,000 - Php 25,000 per month with additional benefits.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS



Experience in the solar industry, on solar power projects is essential.
Reliable and responsible – must be on time/schedule, well presented and organized
Experience on various sizes of projects small and large – electrical background
Troubleshooting and identifying technical problems in the system
Safety officer certificate highly desirable
Speaks English and Tagalog
Desirable to have car driver license, ability to drive manual vehicle
Has own private vehicle or transport to report to work sites (motorcycle preferred)
Ability to travel outside of Metro Manila for extended periods for project works if ever needed

JOB DESCRIPTION



Installation of rooftop mounted and ground mounted solar systems, inverters, and battery systems
Installation and modification of electrical panel boards
Running of wiring, cabling and conduiting
Assisting Engineering staff with feedback and information for:
Single Line Diagrams
Floor plan/equipment layouts
Solar Panel Roof Plans
Installation work method plan
Bill of materials
Commissioning activities:
Testing and troubleshooting of solar system that has been installed
Installation and configuration of solar inverters – basic training and seminars provided
Commissioning of inverters and troubleshooting – basic training and seminars provided
Activation of monitoring software (Solis, SMA, Solax, Alpha ESS, Growatt, Sungrow, Victron and other brands)
Programming of settings with the installed equipment

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
