Field Application Engineer – Renewable Energy Systems (Philippines Based)

The position has a hybrid work setup, allowing for both office and remote work when field assignments are not required.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Field Application Engineer (FAE) based in the Philippines to provide technical support and field application expertise for renewable energy products, including photovoltaic inverters and related control systems.


This role supports sales and technical teams by delivering on-site and remote technical assistance, gathering customer requirements, and ensuring successful product implementation.


Key Responsibilities:



Support sales team in promoting photovoltaic inverters, microcontrollers, and related products


Provide technical support to customers on system applications and product usage


Collect and analyze customer requirements to improve product and system performance


Guide customers on system configuration, design, installation, and troubleshooting


Assist in resolving technical issues and handling customer complaints with quality and engineering teams


Collaborate with China-based technical teams using English as the working language
Job Requirements:



Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Communications, or related fields


Minimum 2 years of experience as an FAE or technical support engineer (preferably in photovoltaic, inverter, microcontroller, or power electronics industry)


Strong technical understanding of installation, debugging, and system integration


Good English communication skills (written and spoken)


Must be a proactive, responsible, and adaptable professional
Able to start immediately
Work Arrangement:



Based in the Philippines (no overseas assignment)


Hybrid setup: Office + Work-from-home when no field assignments are required


Field visits may be required depending on project needs


All official travel expenses are reimbursed according to company policy

Additional transportation costs during fieldwork are reimbursable
