The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and experienced door-to-door solar sales closer who wants to step into a leadership role. You’ll start by proving yourself as a top closer and then recruit, train, and lead a team of high-performing door-knockers.

What You’ll Do

✅ Generate Leads & Close Sales – Engage with homeowners, educate them on solar, and close deals.
✅ Train & Develop a Sales Team – Teach others how to prospect, pitch, and close.
✅ Drive Self-Generated Sales – Lead from the front by focusing on door-knocking, networking, attending trade shows, and leveraging referrals.
✅ Earn Personal Commissions + Overrides – Get paid for your own deals AND earn on your team’s success.
