Job Description

HardHat Workforce Solutions LLC is hiring a Solar QA/QC Manager in Vermont. Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and enhance the quality control processes within our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet the required standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of construction management, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders on construction sites.

Duties
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for construction projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze data collected from inspections to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure quality control measures are adhered to throughout the construction process.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality inspection findings and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities, including contracts, inspection records, and compliance reports.
• Train and mentor staff on quality control practices and procedures to foster a culture of quality within the organization.

Requirements
• Proven experience in construction inspection or management with a focus on quality control.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes and standards in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, contractors, and clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards applicable to construction sites.
• A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
