Social Sustainability Manager

BAM UK & Ireland is hiring a Social Sustainability Manager in Aberdeen, Scotland, to lead social sustainability initiatives such as social mobility and inclusion. Building a sustainable tomorrowAt BAM, we are currently recruiting for a Social Sustainability Manager to join our Scotland team, based in either Aberdeenshire or Inverness.

In this role, you will lead and support the delivery of BAM’s social sustainability initiatives, including:

Social Mobility – promoting employment, education, and training opportunities.Foundational Economy – supporting investment in social enterprises, local businesses, and volunteering activities.Social Inclusion – delivering community support programmes and equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives.Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you will help plan, promote, deliver, monitor, and report on BAM’s social sustainability commitments and impact.
