Job Description
The UK Environmental Law Association is seeking a Senior Estates Surveyor in Lincolnshire, UK. This role involves providing expert advice and asset management for public sector properties, supporting the Single Scottish Estate program, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The position is full-time and does not require a specific degree.
Are you interested in supporting the delivery of public sector property providing advice and asset management of the estate for Scottish Ministers?
The Property and Construction Division (PCD) within Scottish Procurement and Property Directorate (SPPD) plays a key role in transforming construction procurement and property management to improve the public sector estate. The division works collaboratively with Ministers, senior stakeholders, policy colleagues, industry, and public bodies to deliver expert guidance and services.
As a Senior Estates Surveyor, you will provide specialist services and advice, including contributing to the Single Scottish Estate (SSE) programme, ensuring consistent application of principles across estates advice, Property Controls, Location-Based Reviews, estate management, and acquisitions/disposals.
