We are looking for a number of seasonal surveyors to join our ecology team in various locations throughout the UK.

LOCATIONS:

North West - Manchester and Cumbria

North East - Newcastle and Leeds

Midlands - Leicester and Birmingham

South East - London

South West - Southampton

Bristol

Cardiff

Scotland

Northern Ireland

The seasonal surveyors role will be to assist our highly skilled ecologists as they undertake a range of habitat and protected species surveys including bats, reptiles, amphibians, otters, barn owls, etc. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your field craft and consultancy skills, whilst gaining experience as part of a professional team in the great outdoors.

Applicants should:

*Have an understanding of the principles of ecological survey and mitigation work

*Have good written and verbal communication skills

*Be willing to work flexible hours including multiple evenings and on occasions early mornings

*Be willing to travel for work (associated travel expenses will be paid)

Please note candidates must have a valid UK driving license
