Property Manager Assistant Role (Casual 16 hours or more) $28/- Per Hour

Your duties and responsibilities will be to:
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Manage the portfolio end to end process.
• Liaising with tenants and rental providers.
• Preparing routine inspections, entry condition reports & exit reports, using PropertyMe
• Conducting opens on Saturdays
• Completing lease renewals and rental increases.
• Assisting in arranging maintenance and repairs.
• Monitoring and responding to enquires.
• Processing tenant applications and managing other tasks.
• Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Keep abreast of best practices in the market and communicate trends back to the business.

Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 6 months plus experience in property management
• Experience working with Property Management software programs
• Working to property management KPI's
• Agents Representative certificate.
• Current and valid police check.
• Australian drivers license.
• Good communication skills.
• Have proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients.
• Be highly motivated and target driven.
• Be a career-focused individual, eager to learn and ready to be trained by leading senior agents
• Demonstrate strong verbal, written and presentation skills
