What does an IT Project Administrator do?
Sealed Air Shared Service (Philippines) Inc. is looking for a proactive and detail-driven IT Project Administrator to support the project management practices of technology projects across Sealed Air. In this role, you will be the operational backbone behind our IT project delivery — coordinating with global teams, managing project budgets, and keeping stakeholders informed through accurate documentation, meaningful status updates, and timely milestone tracking. You will work closely with project managers and IT leads across internal teams, third-party experts, and onshore and offshore contract resources to ensure smooth and successful project execution.
Why do we need you?

Collaborate with project managers, IT leads, and global teams — including internal SEE employees, third-party experts, and onshore and offshore contract resources — to support end-to-end project delivery.
Process and track the full IT procurement lifecycle, including project charge code creation, purchase order and invoice processing, and vendor administration.
Support financial management of approved project funding, including tracking forecasts and flagging variances.
Assist project managers in maintaining risk registers, documenting mitigation plans, and ensuring risks and issues are logged and visible to stakeholders.
Track milestones across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including deployment planning, change management, and project readiness activities.
Coordinate and communicate timely project status updates to relevant stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned on progress and key decisions.
Support training on the IT Project Register process and other project governance processes as needed.
Provide broad administrative and coordination support to portfolio project managers and IT leads across multiple concurrent initiatives.

What are we looking for in you?
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in any field; a background in IT, Business, or a related discipline is an advantage.
Basic understanding of project management concepts — formal PM certification is not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize large volumes of information and articulate the big picture.
Strong analytical abilities and business and financial acumen.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and collaboration tools.
Ability to work effectively with remote teams across multiple time zones.
Willingness to learn IT delivery processes and enterprise governance frameworks.

Additional Skills (not required):

Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
PMP (Project Management Professional) designation or equivalent certification.
