OverviewAstute's Renewables team is proud to be partnering with a forward-thinking planning and environmental consultancy committed to delivering high-quality results in the renewable energy space.

We're looking for a Landscape Architect who combines technical excellence with a passion for sustainability and mentoring others. You'll be responsible for managing and delivering all landscape and visual aspects of renewable energy projects, including LVIAs and design work.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Landscape Architect RoleWork on planning applications at local, major and national levels of developmentUse tools like AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and Revit to produce reports and visualsMentor and upskill junior team members while contributing directly to project workLead project delivery from design through to construction stagesSupport site assessments, field work, and cross-disciplinary team collaborationCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients, consultees and colleaguesApply your knowledge of the UK planning system and relevant environmental regulationsProfessional qualificationsA degree (and ideally postgraduate qualification) in Landscape ArchitectureChartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (or working towards it)Strong report writing and graphical communication skillsProficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, SketchUp, GIS, and MS OfficeExperience delivering LVIAs and working across multi-disciplinary teamsBackground in renewable energy projectsClear understanding of the UK planning processPersonal skillsProactive, solution-focused and passionate about sustainable developmentCollaborative and enthusiastic about mentoring and knowledge-sharingOrganised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to tight deadlinesA confident communicator - both verbally and in writingSalary and benefits of the Landscape Architect roleSalary up to 50,000 Depending on ExperienceExcellent Career opportunities with dedicated time each month to support professional development28 days annual leave with holiday buy/sell schemePrivate Medical InsurancePension SchemeFlexible working optionsINDREN
