WWF is one of the world’s leading conservation organisations, working across 100+ countries to protect nature and tackle the most pressing environmental challenges. At WWF-Singapore, we partner with businesses, governments, and individuals to drive impact across climate, wildlife, forests, oceans, and sustainable carbon finance. In addition, we advance climate action and promote nature-based solutions – such as ecosystem restoration and mangrove protection to mitigate climate change, enhance biodiversity, and build resilience for communities and ecosystems.
These efforts are also amplified through education and outreach initiatives in Singapore and the region For more information, please visit wwf.sg.
About the role

Secure five- and six-figure gifts that directly fund environmental education initiatives and conservation impact.
Craft compelling proposals and stories that inspire action.
Build strong, long-term relationships with influential supporters.
Partner closely with senior leadership (Chairman, Board, CEO) on key opportunities.
Spot and unlock new funding opportunities across networks and markets.
What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who
Has closed high-value deals or partnerships, in fundraising, philanthropy, sales, or business development
Is a natural closer, you know how to move from conversation to commitment
Builds trust quickly and communicates with confidence at senior levels
Is both strategic and hands-on, you think big, but execute fast
Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Loves working with people and creating meaningful, purpose-driven partnerships
Your Edge
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or major donors
Strong proposal writing and storytelling skills
Understanding of Singapore’s philanthropy or fundraising landscape
Experience running events or curated donor experiences
Why Join Us
Work on something that matters

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline with excellent results. Postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in advisory, business development, philanthropy or environmental communications, project management, and / or fundraising, with proven success in Singapore
Proven track record in high-value target achievement
Outstanding verbal and written English expression, including an ability to craft language and tone for proposals, impact reports, newsletters, and other correspondences
