Information Technology Manager

Pinnacle Partners, Inc is seeking an IT Manager for their client in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves managing vendor relationships, implementing security policies, and overseeing system integrity. Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in infrastructure, management skills, and knowledge of security practices. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a salary up to $110K and benefits including health and dental insurance.
Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for an IT Manager to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Install, configure and maintain servers, hardware, services, settings, directories, and storage
• Manage vendor relationships and manage systems monitoring, integrity, and availability
• Create and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
• Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Manage and mentor the team

REQUIREMENTS:
• 8+ years of experience in an Infrastructure role
• Experience with security practices and protocols, specifically with NIST
• Management experience
• PowerShell scripting experience
• Cloud technologies experience

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• WMS experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• CISSP, Security Plus, ISO certifications
