Human Resource Manager

Apeiron Bioenergy Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Manager in Valenzuela, Metro Manila. The role involves managing HR functions, talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws. Candidates should have strong HR experience, particularly in payroll and recruitment, and must be Filipino. The position requires collaboration with global headquarters and is a full-time, in-person role with a salary of up to Php90,000.
Company Background: Apeiron Bioenergy is an integrated bioenergy and renewable feedstock solutions provider headquartered in Singapore. The company specializes in collecting, processing, trading, and refining waste-based feedstocks into sustainable biofuels and renewable energy products. Operating across Asia and the Middle East, it converts waste streams such as used cooking oil and palm oil mill effluent into biodiesel and renewable diesel feedstocks, supporting the transition to low-carbon energy through circular economy and waste-to-energy solutions.


Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions in the Philippines.


Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment activities.


Manage payroll administration and ensure accuracy and compliance.


Handle employee relations and support employee engagement initiatives.


Drive performance management processes and implementation.


Support workforce planning and organizational staffing needs.


Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and HR regulations.


Manage overall HR operations and local HR processes.


Act as the main local HR representative for the Philippines.


Collaborate closely with Global HQ to align HR practices with group policies and people strategies.


Support HRIS implementation and HR digitalization initiatives where applicable.


Coordinate with the Group HR Director and maintain alignment with the Country Manager.



Key Qualifications:



Strong experience in Philippine labor law compliance.


Proven background in payroll management.


Solid experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.


Strong capability in employee relations and conflict resolution.


Experience in performance management processes.


Exposure to workforce planning is preferred.


Experience with HRIS and HR digitalization initiatives is an advantage.


Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


Ability to work effectively in a regional or global business environment.


Background from energy, commodities, oil & gas, trading, manufacturing, logistics, or multinational organizations is preferred.


Must be a Filipino candidate.


Preferably with HR-related certifications.


Trustworthy, proactive, and a strong problem-solver.


Comfortable working as an individual contributor role.



Pay: Up to Php90,000.00 per month
