Human Resource Officer

Apeiron Bioenergy is seeking a Human Resource Officer in Valenzuela, Metro Manila. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting employee relations, payroll assistance, compliance with policies, and coordinating training. The role offers a salary of Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month, along with benefits such as additional leave and promotion opportunities. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Handle recruitment, screening, hiring, and onboarding activities.


Maintain employee records and HR documentation.


Support employee relations, disciplinary processes, and engagement activities.


Assist in payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.


Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.


Coordinate performance evaluations and training activities.


Prepare HR reports and perform other duties as assigned by management.



Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
