Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and deliver memorable events from initial enquiry through to executionOrchestrate exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs and going the extra mileLiaise with guests, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth event deliverySupport event setup, hosting, and breakdown when requiredAssist with creating bookings, managing event details, and upselling packagesExhibit hospitality essentials such as answering queries, supporting service, and assisting the team during eventsHandle guest feedback and concerns professionally, ensuring every guest leaves happyHelp maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environmentWork closely with bar, kitchen, and hotel teams to deliver seamless experiences✅ Key RequirementsStrong ability to lead conversations and engage confidently with guestsOutgoing, positive, and energetic personalityHighly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentA natural team player with a proactive mindsetComfortable promoting food, drink, and event experiencesPrevious hospitality or events experience is an advantage (but not essential)⏰ Working HoursFlexible shifts including evenings and weekendsWeekend work is required, but not every week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance OpportunitiesWith us, you’ll have the chance to:
