About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance to lead the firm’s financial function and serve as a trusted partner to leadership. This is a high-impact role offering true ownership across fund economics, financial operations, investor reporting, and firm-level decision-making — ideal for a senior finance leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-scaling environments.



Key responsibilities:

Partner with leadership on fund economics, budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy Own financial operations across funds and management entities Oversee accounting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls Manage fund activities including capital calls, distributions, LP reporting, and performance metrics Maintain portfolio financial data, valuations, and investor reports Support fundraising through financial analysis, track record reporting, and due diligence Strengthen financial systems, reporting tools, and operational workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, fund operations, or asset management Prior exposure to VC/PE/funds strongly preferred Proven experience managing complex financial environments Strong commercial judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple strategic priorities Passion for technology and startup ecosystems
