Environmental Project Manager (5-12 yrs)

Sierra Piedmont Engineers & Geologists is seeking an Environmental Project Manager with 5-12 years of experience in Woodstock, GA. The role involves project management, fieldwork, report writing, client relationship building, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Project management (fully executing scope of work from self-generated proposals, ensuring field tasks meet state/federal regulations, adhering to cost and time budgets)
• Hands-on field work with Property Condition Assessments, Phase I, Due Diligence, SWPPP, SPCC, and other environmental services
• Report writing and quality control
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Client account development and relationship building
• Mentoring junior project team members

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Engineering or Environmental Science with 5-12 years of experience, at least three of which servicing major clients.
• Hands-on field work with Property Condition Assessments, Phase I, Due Diligence, SWPPP, SPCC, or other environmental services,
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management,
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills,
• Be able to show solid examples of contributing to a client execution team while exhibiting a high degree of self-direction, and
• Business savvy and high energy.
