What You’ll Do:
• Knock doors, own your turf, and connect with homeowners who need a better energy solution.
• Educate, excite, and close deals—we make solar a no-brainer for customers.
• Master the art of door-to-door sales with industry-leading training and mentorship.

What You’ll Earn:
• Entry-Level Reps: $1,250–$2,000 per deal (expected 1 deal per week) / approx. $6,000 per month
• Seasoned Reps: $2,500–$4,000 per deal (expected 2+ deals per week) / approx. $12,000 per month
• Closers: $2,500 per assisted deal (expected 4+ deals per week)
