Conservation Assistant

Manila Bankers Life Insurance is seeking a Conservation Assistant in Makati City, Metro Manila. Responsibilities include handling premium collections, following up on overdue accounts, assisting with policy reinstatements, and promoting payment channels. Candidates should be graduates of business-related courses, with good communication skills and attention to detail. Fresh graduates are welcome, and experience in insurance or customer service is a plus.
Responsibilities

Handle premium collections via calls, SMS, and emailFollow up overdue accounts and prevent policy lapsesAssist clients with policy reinstatement and requirementsPromote payment channels (APA, online banking, e-wallets, OPMS)Update client records and monitor accountsCoordinate with internal teams and handle client inquiriesSupport campaigns to improve collections and retention

Qualifications

Graduate of any business-related or relevant course (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)With or without experience (insurance/CSR experience is a plus)Good communication and customer service skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and target-drivenProficient in MS Office
