Role Description
The Health Officer role at HomeShopping.pk is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi.


The Health
Officer will oversee workplace health and safety standards, conduct regular inspections, and recommend improvements to minimize health risks for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing health policies, supporting occupational and community health initiatives, and collaborating with management to ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.


The Health
Officer will provide training and awareness sessions on workplace safety, monitor construction and facility-related activities for safety adherence, and maintain accurate health and incident records to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Occupational Health and Workplace Safety skills to design and implement effective health and safety programs.
Candidates should possess Community Health and Communication skills to educate staff, promote wellness initiatives, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Construction Safety expertise to assess risks related to facility maintenance, expansion, and on-site projects.
Relevant academic background in Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and standards, with experience conducting risk assessments and safety audits.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and promote a culture of health, safety, and continuous improvement.
