Transformational Change Management Consultant

Lawyers On Demand is seeking a Transformational Change Management Consultant in Abu Dhabi to lead people-centric change in AI and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves managing the change lifecycle, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring new processes are adopted. Candidates should have strong change management skills and experience in influencing senior stakeholders. This is a full-time, hands-on position focused on achieving measurable outcomes in complex transformation programs.
We’re looking for an experienced Transformational Change Management Consultant to help drive people‑centric change across major AI and digital transformation initiatives. This role sits at the heart of complex transformation programs, ensuring that new digital solutions, processes and ways of working are not just delivered but truly adopted and embedded.





You’ll lead the end‑to‑end change lifecycle, from shaping change strategy and assessing organisational readiness, through to stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and sustained adoption. Working closely with senior leaders, program teams and the wider workforce, you’ll play a critical role in translating ambitious transformation goals into measurable behavioural and business outcomes.



This is a hands‑on role for someone who combines strong change management frameworks with practical delivery experience, excels at influencing across senior stakeholders, and is passionate about enabling organisations to successfully navigate change at scale.
