Job Description
Lawyers On Demand Limited is seeking a Legal Counsel for the Renewable Energy Sector in Australia. The role involves providing legal advice on company law, M&A, and project finance for a renewable energy client. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience and a client-centric approach. This is a full-time, hybrid position lasting 13 to 14 months, offering flexibility to work on-site or remotely.

Who are we looking for?
We're working on an exciting assignment with a world leader in providing renewable energy and we're looking for a lawyer with renewable energy, corporate M&A and project finance experience to join us and kick-start their LOD career with this assignment.
This assignment will see you providing accurate and effective advice on a wide range of company law, M&A, PF, development, construction and operational matters relating to the company's Australian assets.
This is a full-time, hybrid assignment with an initial duration of 13 to 14 months.

• Have at least 5years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training).
• Be experienced in M&A, project finance and have worked for a renewable energy developer.
• Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running.
• Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships.
