Job Description

ESD Solar and Roofing is seeking passionate sales professionals for a Solar Sales role in Columbus, Ohio. Responsibilities include engaging potential customers through door-to-door outreach, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing technical knowledge of solar and roofing products. Ideal candidates have outside sales experience, preferably in the roofing or solar sectors. This position offers flexible scheduling and uncapped commission, with pay ranging from $1,000 to $15,000 per week.
Job Summary
We are actively seeking top talent for a work opportunity in the Solar industry based in Columbus, Ohio. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and possess strong sales skills. We have reps that are making thousands per week in this job.

Duties
• Engage with potential customers to promote solar and roofing solutions, demonstrating product benefits and features going Door to door.
• Conduct outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach and community events to generate leads.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
• Utilize technical knowledge of roofing and solar products to address customer inquiries effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize on market penetration and maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using designated software tools.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases.
• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the roofing, solar, or energy sectors.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Familiarity with technical sales processes and energy solutions is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
