Senior Energy Auditor Manager

Johnson Controls Ltd is seeking a Senior Energy Auditor Manager based in Gurgaon, India. The role involves conducting ASHRAE Level 1/2/3 audits in North India, developing Energy Conservation Measures, and engaging in data analysis and reporting. Role Overview:
As a Senior Energy Auditor at our company, you will be responsible for conducting ASHRAE Level 1/2/3 Audits in the North India Region, with the base located in Gurgaon. Your main duty will be to develop Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) by conducting these audits. You should be knowledgeable about benchmarking systems and familiar with BEE/ASHRAE and other Rating systems. Your role will also involve gathering, analyzing, interpreting data, and preparing reports to present to stakeholders. Additionally, you will play a key role in generating opportunities for ECMs, HVAC system optimization, Performance Analysis of Equipment, etc. You should have hands-on experience with various equipment such as Flow meters, Power Analyzers, Temperature & RH meter, Psychrometer, Lux meter, etc. Furthermore, you will be involved in Measurement and Verification (MVP) activities and identifying retrofit & expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ASHRAE Level 1/2/3 Audits to develop Energy Conservation Measures
- Benchmark systems and stay updated on BEE/ASHRAE and other Rating systems
- Gather, analyze, interpret data, and prepare reports for stakeholders
- Generate opportunities for ECMs, HVAC system optimization, and Performance Analysis of Equipment
- Utilize equipment like Flow meters, Power Analyzers, Temperature & RH meter, Psychrometer, Lux meter, etc.
- Engage in Measurement and Verification (MVP) activities
- Identify retrofit & expansion opportunities and work with the sales team to qualify and conduct audits
- Conduct post-implementation audits to demonstrate Return-on-Investment (ROI)

Qualification Required:
- BE/Diploma graduate
- Certified auditor by BEE/LEED AP/CMVP is preferred
- 5-10 years of Energy audit experience with good market connections
- Positive attitude and quick learner
- Willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits
