About the Job

This role requires a skilled Diesel Mechanic with extensive experience in maintaining and repairing tractors, trucks, bakkies, and yellow machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and repair diesel engines and associated equipment
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and make sound decisions to resolve problems
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets
Requirements
• Valid Diesel Mechanic Trade Test
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Diesel Mechanic
• Proven track record of working on heavy machinery and equipment
• Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Valid driver's license (Code 10 advantageous)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English
