Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is actively seeking reliable and skilled Solar Installers to become part of our growing team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial clients. SES is committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable energy solutions, and your role will be essential in helping us achieve this mission.

Responsibilities:

Install solar panels, inverters, and mounting systems on rooftops and other structuresEnsure all wiring and electrical connections meet safety and quality standardsCollaborate with engineers and project managers to complete installations efficientlyPerform site assessments and provide input on optimal solar system layoutAdhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain a clean, secure job siteTroubleshoot issues and perform repairs when necessaryPrevious experience in solar installation or construction is preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be providedBasic understanding of electrical wiring and safety codesPhysically capable of working at heights, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs, and operating in various weather conditionsStrong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanshipGood communication skills and ability to work well within a team environmentReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseWillingness to travel and work flexible hours as required Competitive salary and personal and company performance bonus system ESOP Health, dental and vision insurance Prevailing wage potential Paid time off Company 401K Paid per diem for time away from home Fully paid solar trade training
