Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client communication and files related to CSR/Fair Trade and Sustainable Agriculture standards. Key duties include:
• Monitoring and ensuring smooth certification flow for all client files in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• Providing sales and client support, attending to applications, basic questions, and technical inquiries related to dedicated schemes.
• Following up and evaluating non-compliance resolution after audits.
• Assisting with client acquisitions and preparing renewal quotations.
