Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Program Management: Develop and implement comprehensive sales programs across all verticals, ensuring alignment with the company's revenue goals and strategic objectives.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanisms to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and provide timely and accurate reports to management.
• Sales Process Optimization: Analyze existing sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Control & Compliance: Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Implement internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure financial integrity.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of revenue programs.
• Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious targets. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:
• 10-15 years of experience in program management, revenue growth, business strategy, or sales operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working in high-growth industries such as Renewable Energy, EV, Consumer Electronics, Solar solutions.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, pricing strategy, and revenue analytics.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, and project management software.

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in growth hacking, performance marketing, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI-driven revenue optimization and automation tools.
