Job Description
SRI Healthcare is seeking a Pouch & Seal Operator for its Mason, OH facility. The role involves operating heat-sealing machines, documenting processes, and maintaining quality standards. Candidates should possess strong decision-making and communication skills, with a focus on detail and manual dexterity. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. SRI operates three regional processing facilities located in Raleigh, NC, Chattanooga, TN, and Mason, OH. Our state-of-the-art, FDA-regulated service centers provide daily processing, assembly, and delivery of reusable products required for surgery.
SRI is the only "one stop shop" service provider in U.S. currently serving all healthcare-related end markets with Sterilized Reusable Surgical Solutions.
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Pouch & Seal Operator at ourMasonHealthcare Laundry facility. We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills. If you are ready to make a commitment to measurable performance and continuous improvements, then we want to hear from you!
The successful candidate:
Perform tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.Pouch and label sterile products utilizing the heat-sealing machine.Document and maintain accurate and complete records.Work within established productivity and quality standards.Make recommendations to facility management for methods improvement.Keep work area neat and clean.Assist in any other areas as directed by team leader or management.All other duties as may be assigned.Job Requirements:
Quality and detail orientation.Able to learn quickly.Willing and capable of working on different assignments within the facility.Good manual dexterity.Ability to work with sealer equipment.Basic analytical skills and detail-orientation.Excellent hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in assembly may be considered a substitute for education.Why work for SRI Healthcare?
