VC Internship @ TNB Aura in Singapore

TNB Aura is offering a VC Internship in Singapore, seeking motivated students for a minimum of 3 months. Interns will work with top investors, gaining insights into the venture capital industry and the Southeast Asian startup landscape. Responsibilities include supporting communications, content creation, partnerships, and investor relations. The internship is flexible with remote work options due to COVID-19, and high-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles.

We are looking for talented and motivated students to be with us for a minimum of 3 months. You will have the opportunity of working closely with a team of top tier investors who have inspiring ideas of VC industry in Southeast Asia. During the program, you will build good understanding of venture capital industry, discover in-depth knowledge of SEA startup landscape, and gain hands-on investment experience. You will be seen not just as an intern but as part of our team throughout the program. Top performers will be considered for full-time hire. Be ready to take on challenges and take away real experience. This is a full-time/part-time internship program. Considering the COVID-19 situation, we are flexible with work from home arrangements.


Program Elements:



Communications: Support all external communications of the fund, track and scale performance metrics
Content, Marketing: Work with the best minds across various marketing functions (branding, SEO, public relations) to create and ideate on content and thought leadership.
Partnerships: Familiarize and network with VC ecosystem and other relevant players, partners, and events in the space. Support conceptualization for projects.
Investor Relations/Investments: Supporting fundraising activities and investor reporting As well as ad-hoc industry research.
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Value Creation: Collaborate on internal and portfolio-level ESG and other initiatives for value creation.

Requirements:



Undergraduate, postgraduate, or MBA from top universities
Have a flair for all things content, writing and entrepreneurship
Presentations on research findings, recommendations, and strategy deliverables to upper management and partners
Progress and expectations will be adjusted according to the level of experience of candidate
Ability to work independently and within a team context
