Part-time Workshop Trainer (BBWS)

SBS Transit Limited is seeking a Part-time Workshop Trainer to provide technical mentorship and skills transfer to newer employees, including Work-study Diploma students. The role requires a minimum of Higher Nitec or Nitec and 5-6 years of relevant experience. The position is part-time, requiring commitment for 4 days a week, with working hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, under a 1-year contract.
Responsibilities:
Technical Mentorship and Skills Transfer





Experienced re-employed employees to train and guide newer employees, including Work-study Diploma (WSD) employees, facilitating knowledge transfer, and enhancing workforce capability


Providing training, coaching and mentoring to our technicians



Requirements:



Minimum Higher Nitec or Nitec


Minimum 5-6 years of relevant work experience
Good analytical skill


Possess good sense of responsibility


Able to commit 4 days’ workweek, 8.00am to 4.00pm / 9.00am to 5.00pm
