Operations Officer (Interchange Supervisor)

SBS Transit Limited is hiring an Operations Officer (Interchange Supervisor) in Singapore. Responsibilities
Bus Interchange ManagementCustomer Experience ManagementEnsure compliance of all safety rules by staff and contractorsOversee smooth and timely arrival and departure of buses servicesWork closely with the Interchange Manager on cost control measures pertaining to bus operations at the interchange and terminalSupervise a pool of Bus Captains and Assistant Interchange Supervisors
Requirement
Diploma with at least 1-2 years of work experience.Possess a Class 3 driving licenseGood people management skills.Ability to adapt well in a fast-changing environmentAbility to communicate and interact with all levels of peopleTo perform shift duties, on a rotation, to ensure optimal coverage during revenue hours
