The Opportunity: OEM Sales Manager - EV Chargers

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Rohini, New Delhi

Reporting To: Head - Sales & Business Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and highly networked OEM Sales Manager to spearhead the sales of our AC and DC EV Chargers to leading Automotive OEMs (buses, trucks, commercial vehicles, 2W, 3W, 4W, etc.). The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, a deep understanding of the EV ecosystem, and a proven track record in B2B/Institutional or OEM sales, specifically with established relationships within the electric commercial vehicle sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic OEM Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard key OEM partners for EV Chargers (AC & DC), with a primary focus on the two-wheeler, three-wheeler, and four-wheeler commercial vehicle segments (buses, trucks, etc.).

· Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target OEMs, including PMI, JBM, Olectra EV, Tata Motors, Switch Mobility, and others.

· Customized Solutions: Develop tailored proposals, technical presentations, and competitive pricing strategies for OEM accounts, addressing their specific needs and requirements.

· Client Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for OEM clients, proactively managing their requirements, addressing feedback, and swiftly resolving any issues.

· Product Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the R&D/Product team to align product features and roadmaps with evolving OEM expectations and industry trends.

· Contract Negotiation: Prepare, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts and agreements with OEMs, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.

· Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities (Exicom, Delta, Tirex, Okaya, etc.) and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Experience: 7-12 years of proven experience in B2B/OEM sales within the EV, Automotive, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related industries.

· EV Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the electric vehicle market, particularly the commercial vehicle segment, including key players, technologies, and trends.

· OEM Network: A strong and established network of contacts within EV OEMs (buses, trucks, commercial vehicles).

· Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and communicate technical product information effectively.

· Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
