Vena Energy Shared Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager, Treasury in the Philippines. This role involves strategic oversight of financial stability, cash management, and compliance with treasury policies. Key responsibilities include managing cash flow forecasts, negotiating with financial institutions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The manager will also mentor the treasury team, drive process improvements, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance liquidity and risk management.
The Senior Manager, Treasury plays a strategic role in safeguarding financial stability. Beyond operational cash management, they ensure the company’s treasury policies align with long-term growth, compliance, and risk resilience. Their oversight is critical for regulatory audits, JV requirements, and maintaining investor confidence. Lead the company's treasury strategy to ensure financial stability, liquidity, and risk resilience. Oversee daily cash management activities and ensure sufficient funds are available to support operations. Monitor cash positions and optimize cash utilization across the organization. Develop, review, and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts. Review and approve cash allocation reports, treasury transactions, and investment activities. Establish and implement treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls. Design and maintain treasury governance frameworks that support compliance and financial risk management. Manage relationships with banks, lenders, financial institutions, and external stakeholders. Negotiate banking facilities, fee structures, credit lines, and treasury services. Monitor compliance with loan agreements, lender covenants, and credit administration requirements. Develop and execute funding strategies to support business expansion and capital requirements. Manage debt facilities, refinancing initiatives, and financing arrangements. Evaluate and oversee investment opportunities while ensuring capital preservation and liquidity. Conduct financial risk assessments covering foreign exchange, interest rate, liquidity, and counterparty risks. Implement strategies to mitigate treasury-related financial risks. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, treasury policies, and audit standards. Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate treasury documentation and controls. Oversee accounts receivable and working capital initiatives to improve cash collection and cash conversion cycles. Prepare and present treasury reports, cash flow analyses, and risk assessments to senior management. Oversee debt modeling, insurance programs, treasury expenses, and earnings forecasts. Identify opportunities to automate and digitalize treasury processes and reporting. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls. Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Commercial, Legal, and Executive Leadership teams. Supervise, mentor, and develop treasury team members to build a high-performing treasury function. Provide strategic recommendations to management on liquidity, funding, capital structure, and financial risk management.
