We are seeking a talented, resourceful and customer-service oriented individual to join our growing team. Qualified applicants will be capable of maintaining, installing and repairing solar panels in accordance with company guidelines. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with solar panel installation and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the removal and reinstallation of existing solar systems, ensuring a meticulous inspection and documentation before starting work.
• Work with precision in removing and storing panels and racking, contributing to an organized and efficient process.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager for a seamless process.
• Address critter-related challenges with finesse, ensuring a clean and protected solar array according to customer preferences.
• Engage with customers effectively, providing excellent service and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the process.
• Motivate your team through example to expedite project completion, showcasing your leadership skills.
• Communicate effectively with your Service Manager, Team, and customers.
• Complete a detailed Field Report during each phase of the project.
• Maintain company vehicle organization and stock.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
