Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Service Technician based in Freehold, NJ. The Solar Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on solar systems. Day-to-day tasks include field service operations, customer service interactions, and ensuring effective maintenance practices are followed to optimize solar system performance.

Qualifications
• Skills in Maintenance & Repair, and Maintenance
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Field Service operations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills
• Previous experience in the solar industry is a plus
• Certifications in relevant technical fields are beneficial
