Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Environmental Services Technician to join their dynamic team in Los Angeles, California . This is a crucial role responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across various facilities. The Lead Technician will oversee a team of cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include developing and implementing cleaning schedules, conducting regular inspections to ensure quality control, managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and training new team members on best practices and safety procedures. You will also be responsible for responding to immediate cleaning needs, such as spills or emergencies, and coordinating with other departments to address specific requirements.

Qualifications:
