Position Summary:

The Program Manager, Financial Reporting at Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd. plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial reporting that reflects the company's commitment to sustainable energy solutions. This role involves managing financial reporting processes, aligning them with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and contributing to the company's strategic financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversees and ensures the accuracy and timelines of financial reporting processes, including the preparation of financial statements, sustainability reports, and other relevant disclosures.
Maintains a strong understanding of renewable energy sector-specific accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and reporting requirements.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to informed decision-making.
Develops and implements robust internal controls and risk management strategies to safeguard the company's financial integrity.
Stays abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the renewable energy sector.
Contributes to the development and implementation of financial strategies that support Servotech's growth and sustainability objectives.
Prepares financial projections, budgets, and variance analyses, providing insights into the company's financial performance.
Supports the development and implementation of project finance initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and investor requirements.
Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance financial reporting processes and systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, project finance, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in financial reporting, preferably within the renewable energy industry.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., MBA, CPA, CFA) are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field.
Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB).
Familiarity with renewable energy project development and financing.
