Momentum Solar is in search of an experienced Field Marketing to help launch our Connecticut team as we continue our nation-wide expansion in America's rapidly growing renewable energy space.

From marketing and sales to financing and installations, we handle everything in-house and price ourselves on providing a seamless in-house experience for our customers.

As the CT Field Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Assisting in the hiring of new canvassers
Guiding and coaching your team to generate door-to-door solar leads for our in-home sales team.
Coordinating and running daily in-office trainings and meetings
Managing marketing territory
Analyzing your teams numbers to uncover trends and improve efficiencies
Working with senior leadership to develop the CT market

Your exceptional relationship management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment will be critical to your success.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

2+ years of canvassing or door-to-door sales experience
Proven canvassing leadership experience
A passion for coaching and developing leaders.
A "lead from the front" mentality
Great written and verbal communication skills.
A professional demeanor
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a motor vehicle screening so you can drive a company vehicle
