Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on EHS issues and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.
Develop and deliver training programs on safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental sustainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable practices and initiatives to reduce the company's environmental footprint.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in EHS management to continuously improve 3M's safety and sustainability efforts.
Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
Manage and maintain all EHS records and documentation, including incident reports, training records, and environmental permits.
Lead and participate in emergency response drills and exercises to ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to EHS goals and objectives.
Manage EHS budget and allocate resources effectively to support safety and sustainability initiatives.
Communicate EHS updates and initiatives to employees, customers, and other stakeholders to promote transparency and accountability.
Act as a liaison between 3M and regulatory agencies, responding to inquiries and requests for information.
Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
