Job Overview:



The Electrical Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in our manufacturing unit. This role ensures the smooth functioning of electrical systems to support the production of skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.



Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Repairs:



✔Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.

✔Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure minimal downtime in production.



Installation & Upgrades:



✔Assist in the installation and setup of new electrical systems and equipment.

✔Upgrade existing electrical systems to improve efficiency and safety.



Compliance & Safety:



✔Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.

✔Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments.



Documentation & Reporting:



✔Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

✔Report electrical issues and provide recommendations for improvements.



Team Collaboration:



✔Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to resolve electrical issues.

✔Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.



Qualifications:

Hard Skills:



✔Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.

✔Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems is a plus.

✔Familiarity with safety protocols and electrical codes.



Soft Skills:



✔Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

✔Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

✔Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

✔Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.



Education/Certifications:



✔ITI Certification in Electrical or equivalent qualification.

✔Additional certifications in electrical maintenance or safety are a plus.



Preferred Experience:



✔Minimum 1-2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

✔Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
