Job Description:
The Electrical Lead will oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of the PV electrical systems including DC systems, MV collection, inverters, and HV substation equipment.


Key Responsibilities

Inspect DC cabling, combiner boxes, and inverter installations
Oversee MV collection system installation and testing
Witness electrical testing and commissioning activities
Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, and OEM standards
Coordinate with EPC electrical teams and OE staff
Track electrical NCRs and inspection reports

Requirements

7+ years utility-scale solar electrical construction experience
Strong knowledge of MV collection systems and substation equipment
Experience with electrical commissioning preferred
